About Benny Spiewak

Benny Spiewak manages SPLaw, as well as its intellectual property and life science practices. He was the Brazilian representative at the World Intellectual Property Organization’s Intellectual Property Academy, as well as a foreign associate at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization’s International Intellectual Property Law and Policy Office. He also acted as the head of the International Intellectual Property Commission and as a board member and the general rapporteur for the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI). Benny co-ordinates healthcare compliance academic and certification activities at LEC Legal, Ethics & Compliance. He has been continuously listed as one of Brazil’s top life sciences and IP practitioners.
