About Benny Spiewak

Benny Spiewak manages SPLaw, as well as its intellectual property and life science practices. He was the Brazilian representative at the World Intellectual Property Organisation’s Intellectual Property Academy, as well as a foreign associate at the Biotechnology Innovation Organisation’s International Intellectual Property Law and Policy Office. He also acted as the head of the International IP Commission and as a board member and the general rapporteur for the Brazilian IP Association (ABPI). Benny co-ordinates healthcare compliance academic and certification activities at LEC Legal, Ethics, & Compliance. He has been continuously listed as one of Brazil’s top life-science and IP practitioners.
