About Guillermo Glassman

Guillermo Glassman is a Brazilian attorney at SPLaw. He has a master’s degree in political and economic law (UPM) and a PhD in public law (PUCSP). He is the author of Partnerships for the Productive Development of Medicines, and articles in leading journals. Guillermo was a member of the health law commission at the Brazilian Bar Association in São Paulo and has extensive experience in regulated economic sectors, leading high-impact projects (as a consultant and in strategic litigation) in areas such as public tenders and government partnerships, intellectual property, health, and environmental law.
