About Daniela Guarita Jambor

Daniela Guarita Jambor is a certified and experienced Brazilian attorney at SPLaw. She obtained an LLB from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in São Paulo in 2014 and a master’s degree in civil law from the University of São Paulo in 2021. She has represented clients in the life sciences sector since 2014, with a particular focus on preventive, regulatory, and administrative procedures in health law. She is a guest professor of health regulatory law at the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, Einstein Institute, Racine Institute, and the Advocacy Superior School of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo section.
