About Silvio Guidi

Silvio Guidi is a Brazilian attorney at SPLaw. He has a master’s degree in Public Law (PUCSP). He has over 20 years of career experience, all dedicated to legal practice in the healthcare sector. Silvio is the author of three books and dozens of articles in health law. He served as a Health Councilor for the State of São Paulo from 2022 to 2023, is a member of the Health Committee of the São Paulo Court of Justice and the Ethics and Research Committee of the Butantan Institute. He is also a professor, teaching various postgraduate courses in law and health.
