About Belinda Lutaya Nakiganda

Belinda Lutaya Nakiganda is a partner at Birungyi, Barata & Associates where she heads the firm’s business development and arbitration department. She has over 14 years’ experience in tax and legal practice and is a registered tax agent with the URA. She is a member of the Uganda Law Society, East African Law Society, ICSA and ACIARB. Belinda specialises in tax audits, compliance, litigation, construction law, energy and natural resources, commercial/corporate law and arbitration. She has successfully provided tax advisory services and consultations to several MNEs and government bodies and has participated in resolving a number of international tax audits and disputes.
