He has provided advice to lenders, sponsors, developers, offtakers and service providers in all stages of a very diverse range of large-scale projects in numerous locations around the world, including Argentina, Costa Rica, Cuba, Guatemala, Honduras, Malaysia, Panama and Peru. Alejandro is an active member of the Mexican Bar Association, for which he has co-ordinated the Commission of Commercial Arbitration. He currently teaches business legal strategy at the ITESO MBA Programme.
