He regularly advises clients from different industries on market entry and exit; corporate matters and M&A; corporate structuring and restructuring; joint venture and commercial contracts; regulatory and licensing matters; bank and sovereign guarantees; IPC and buyback contracts; and PPAs. He has also assisted foreign clients in complex disputes before Iranian courts. Behnam received his LLB from Beheshti University in Tehran and completed his LLM in international commercial law at Beheshti University and Queen Mary University of London. He is admitted to the Iranian Central Bar Association (2006).
