is a partner at the firm, and has practised as a finance and corporate lawyer for more than 20 years in Singapore, London and New York, leading transactions in some 25 emerging and developed jurisdictions. He was previously a partner of a Magic Circle firm and general counsel of a supranational financial institution. He has acted for various governments and major global banks and corporations on matters in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, with a dozen transactions recognised by industry awards for innovation or significance. He studied mathematics at Duke University and law at Tulane University, and is a member of the New York Bar.
