About Arman Bigazin

Arman Bigazin is a founding partner of Haller Lomax, who has previously worked for White and Case, Deloitte and Grata. He specialises in energy, environmental protection, construction and PPPs, and has been advising large local and international companies in those sectors for more than 18 years. Arman also has solid experience in law-making: he was the lead drafter of the new Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and related legislation, and has participated in the development of the new Subsoil Use Code, the legislation on venture financing, the Entrepreneurial (Business) Code, the Law on Public‒Private Partnership, and the Constitutional Law on the Astana International Financial Centre.
