About Arman Bigazin

Arman Bigazin is a founding partner of Haller Lomax with previous employment at White & Case, Deloitte and Grata. He specialises in energy, environmental protection, construction and public-private partnerships, and has been advising large local and international companies for about 19 years, primarily in the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. Arman also has solid experience in law-making: he was the lead drafter of the new Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and related legislation (2018–21), participated in the development of the new Subsoil Use Code (2016–17), legislation on venture financing (2018), the Entrepreneur Code (2014), the Law on Public-Private Partnership (2014–15), and the Constitutional Law on the Astana International Financial Centre (2015).
