Patricia has been active in several of the most complex and relevant financing and structuring transactions handled by the firm, assisting clients such as the Bank of Nova Scotia, Promerica (PFC), and Banistmo. Patricia graduated from New York University and then obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Emory in Atlanta, Georgia. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
