About Juan José Villar

Juan José Villar has been managing partner of Villar & Villar Abogados, S.C. since 2007, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, real estate investment, private equity and corporate governance. He advises foreign companies on business operations in Mexico and handles corporate law matters across various industries. A graduate of Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, he holds a Master’s in Legal Consultation from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and completed Transnational Business Law studies at Seattle University. He serves as Honorary Adviser to the Cámara Española de Comercio.
