Bahram Seyedin-Noor
is a graduate of Harvard Law School and is a strategist and trial lawyer. His record of arbitration awards, trial victories, dismissals and successful confidential settlements results from his laser focus on clients’ business and litigation objectives from the outset. Over the last 24 years, Bahram has achieved dozens of victories in securities class actions, derivative lawsuits, arbitrations, and fiduciary duty disputes. Bahram regularly represents companies and their officers and directors in SEC enforcement actions. He was previously a litigation partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
