About Justice Oteng

Justice Oteng is a senior associate at Addison Bright Sloane, focusing on disputes, technology law, corporate law and financial regulation. He has extensive experience in advising high-profile government agencies and private clients on corporate governance and compliance issues. Justice was part of the local counsel team on Ghana’s sovereign debt restructuring work and acted as counsel in receiverships of banks and specialised deposit taking institutions whose licences were revoked by the banking regulator. A member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners, he has contributed to publications on M&A, bribery and anti-corruption, data protection in the financial sector, and fintech laws and regulation in Ghana.
