Victoria has practised for over 30 years, mostly in global law firms in the UK, and became a partner in one of the world’s largest law firms. She is a recognised expert in insolvency/restructuring law and was part of the team of experts that advised on Ghana’s new insolvency legislation. Victoria sits on the Governing Council of the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors. Her expertise spans technology, data protection, energy, outsourcing and infrastructure projects. She has spoken at/chaired conferences on technology, outsourcing and energy law, and is also widely published.
