About Marcela Mancia

Marcela Mancia is a partner at IDEAS IP with significant experience in intellectual property, advising national and foreign clients for more than 25 years on topics related to trade marks, copyrights, patents, industrial designs, utility models and all general intellectual property issues. She has advised on opposition, appeal incidents and anti-counterfeiting and cancellation actions, with the aim of preventing infringements of the intellectual rights of clients as well as enforcing IP rights in El Salvador. Marcela has also advised national and foreign clients on sanitary registrations and advertisement matters. She has received academic training in intellectual property through various seminars and courses.
