David K. S. Oh specialises in investment funds, M&A and corporate governance matters at the Seoul office of Dentons. He regularly advises private equity and venture capital sponsors on the legal and regulatory aspects of alternative investment vehicles and cross-border fund structuring, while representing institutional investors on fund governance and compliance matters.
