About Kwang-Chun Park

Kwang-Chun Park is a senior attorney at the Seoul office of Dentons, with approximately 15 years of experience across investment funds, financial transactions and corporate law. He advises domestic and international private equity funds, financial institutions and strategic investors on fund formation and operation, investment and exit structuring, co-investments and joint ventures, and cross-border transactions. He also has extensive expertise in regulatory and contractual issues arising from complex financing transactions, including acquisition finance, structured finance, and project finance. Mr Park is admitted to practice in Korea and New York. He currently serves as a member of the Disclosure Committee of Korea’s sole licensed stock exchange.
