About Hailey Hye in Jin

Hailey Hye in Jin is a senior attorney and co-head of the real estate, energy and infrastructure practice at Dentons Lee. She specialises in real estate, finance, capital markets and alternative investments, with particular strength in inbound and outbound transactions, REIT and fund structuring, and tax-efficient investment vehicles such as SPCs, PFVs, and investment funds. Before joining Dentons, Hailey worked for five years at two of Korea’s leading domestic law firms and later joined a real estate investment management company, where she gained hands-on experience in fund formation and portfolio management. This dual-track experience gives her deep legal insight, practical industry knowledge and a strong professional network across the investment community.
