Mr Kim has 25-plus years of experience in New York and Seoul having served as corporate counsel for global insurers and as a partner at leading law firms. He regularly handles regulatory, transactional and dispute resolution matters for insurers, reinsurers, agents, brokers and other market participants across the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, the United Kingdom and United States. He has handled cross-border matters for licensing, product development, data protection and privacy, coverage and claims disputes in litigation and arbitration, and other compliance work.
