He has assisted clients in the structuring, financing, bidding and execution of diverse projects in Mexico, Panama and Peru, including metro lines, port facilities, railways, highways, hydroelectric power plants, wind farms and solar parks. He obtained an LLM in Energy and Natural Resources Law from Queen Mary College, University of London, and worked at a 'magic circle' firm on its project finance and arbitration groups. Diego has substantial experience in commercial and investment arbitration, having participated as counsel in several procedures before ICC, ICSID, CAM, CANACO and CIETAC.
