About Karolina Piotrowska-Andryszczyk

Karolina Piotrowska-Andryszczyk is an advocate and a senior associate in the corporate and transactional practice at Kondracki Celej. She provides ongoing legal advice to start-up founders, investors and VC funds (both domestic and international). She has participated in a number of VC transactions, as well as share purchase transactions and asset purchase transactions. She has taken part in many legal due diligence procedures, provided corporate services to international company groups, and advised on the restructuring of foreign companies. Karolina has been an advocate at the Bar Association in Warsaw since 2011.
