About Vesna Cukrov

Vesna Cukrov is the founder and CEO of Law Firm Cukrov, and one of the region’s leading practitioners in international arbitration and strategic advisory on the largest commercial, regulatory and constitutional matters. She served a full term as President of the National Review Commission for Public Procurement (DKOM), and as chair of the supervisory board of Holding Slovenske elektrarne. She is co-author of the commentary on the Public Procurement Act (ZJN-3) and a court-appointed expert. She previously served as State Secretary at the Ministry of Justice, with earlier positions at the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office, the Higher Court and the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana.
