About Daniel Lovecek

Daniel Lovecek is a principal at Senet and has extensive gambling sector and media experience, having worked for 12 years in senior roles at Australia’s largest wagering operator, Tabcorp, and as a corporate lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills prior to that. He has advised on a range of regulatory, corporate, commercial and compliance matters, including the complex AUD11 billion merger of the Tabcorp and Tatts groups. Daniel advises on bookmaker and gambling operator licensing, racing industry matters, casino and gaming issues, media rights, M&A, sports and racing integrity arrangements, gambling advertising and sponsorship, new product approvals, anti-money laundering, regulatory compliance and general commercial issues. He is also a member of the International Association of Gaming Regulators and the Law Institute of Victoria.
