Cristian Fischetti is a partner at LEXIA and head of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice. With over 18 years of experience in Italian and international law firms, he previously led the Italian Restructuring and Insolvency team at a top-tier global firm. Enrolled among Experts for negotiated business crisis settlements (composizione negoziata della crisi), Cristian specialises in insolvency law, corporate restructuring and debt restructuring agreements. He advises debtors and financial creditors on complex distressed situations, turnaround investments, and M&A of distressed companies. Finally, he is managing partner of LEXIA’s Abu Dhabi and Gulf Area office, launched by the firm in October 2025.
