Beatrice Sica is a senior associate in the global mobility and immigration team at Lexia. She has long-term experience in advising Italian and international companies interested in sponsoring European Blue Cards for highly qualified employees, intra-company secondments, and visas for directors and other professionals. She also has in-depth knowledge and experience of litigation activities before national courts and the European Court of Human Rights, involving family reunifications for people already residing in Italy, protection for asylum-seekers and stateless persons, acquisition of Italian citizenship, as well as procedures for the regularisation of non-EU citizens remaining in Italy illegally.
