About Gabriel Sidere

Gabriel Sidere is the managing partner in the Romanian office, the head of litigation and the head of anti-corruption and investigations, with extensive experience in white-collar crime, investigations, dispute resolution, arbitration, international arbitration, mediation and negotiation. He has assisted multi-national corporations, audit committees and executives in internal investigations and before government agencies in matters involving anti-corruption enforcement, whistle-blower claims, procurement fraud, fiscal investigations, antitrust violations and securities enforcement in a wide variety of industries, including energy, financial services, healthcare and infrastructure. He has handled cases in securities regulatory inquiries, in high-value tax-related challenges before the National Agency for Fiscal Administration, in anti-corruption enforcement cases before the DNA (Romania’s anti-corruption agency) and in alleged procurement frauds before DIICOT (Romania’s organised crime and terrorism investigation agency) investigations. A member of the Bucharest Bar Association, Gabriel is an accredited mediator and certified advanced negotiator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.
