Carla Sosa is a partner at BKM - Berkemeyer and joined the firm in March 2005. She co-leads the antitrust and corporate law areas. She has over 12 years of experience in business consulting, commercial litigation and arbitration. Her practice focuses on advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligence processes, commercial agreements, distribution, agency, representation and foreign investments, investment projects and business restructuring and antitrust merger reviews and summary proceedings. She has a specialisation in antitrust from Carlos III University of Madrid and a postgraduate degree in competition from Torcuato Di Tella University.
