About Antonio Villa Berkemeyer

Antonio Villa Berkemeyer is a partner at BKM - Berkemeyer. His professional practice spans several years and focuses on advising international and domestic companies on corporate law matters, particularly M&A, commercial contracts, investment management, regulatory issues, franchising and asset restructuring. Antonio holds a law degree from the Catholic University and an LLM in corporate, financial and banking law from Fordham University in New York, USA.
