About Federico Valinotti

Federico Valinotti is a senior associate at BKM - Berkemeyer and joined the firm in 2015. He is part of the tax planning and fiscal department. He advises clients on cross-border transactions and tax incentive regimes. He has significant experience in providing general solutions regarding the application of internal taxes, planning, customs and municipal taxation, exporter credits and taxpayer defence in administrative and judicial venues. He holds an MBA from the Catholic University of Asunción and other postgraduate degrees in tax matters.
