About Luciano Antonelli

Luciano Antonelli is a senior associate at BKM - Berkemeyer and recently joined the firm. He has wide experience in advising national and foreign clients on the Paraguayan legal tax system, focusing on tax benefits and incentives for investors. His experience comprises tax planning aimed at optimising fiscal costs, submission of enquiries before the Tax Administration and acting on behalf of clients in summary proceedings and recovery of fiscal credit before the Tax Administration. He has specialisations in tax and procedures and Latin American international taxation and compliance from the Higher Institute of Tax and Business Training (FOTRIEM).
