About Martin Carlevaro

Martin Carlevaro is a partner at BKM - Berkemeyer and has more than 20 years’ experience in advising on contractual, regulatory, corporate, finance and M&A matters in the infrastructure and energy sectors, with a focus on cross-border transactions. He specialises in project finance, public works, concessions and public-private partnerships, having worked on the development of more than 30 projects in the USA, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina. He has an MBA from Austral University and other postgraduate degrees in oil and gas law, business law, state contracts and public infrastructure and financial and banking law.
