About Vivian Maldonado

Vivian Maldonado is a senior associate at BKM - Berkemeyer, whose practice focuses on corporate law, infrastructure, arbitration and mediation, and public procurement. She has advised national and international companies in large-scale administrative, judicial and arbitral proceedings, and been involved in the financing of Paraguay’s first infrastructure project developed under the PPP framework. Vivian earned her Law Degree from the National University of Asunción, and also holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and a Diploma in Commercial and Investment Arbitration from Austral University in Buenos Aires.
