is an equity partner of Preslmayr Rechtsanwälte, which he joined in 2005. He advises in the area of product liability and tort law, with a further specialism in litigation. He has already handled numerous large court proceedings concerning mass losses as well as ‘Austrian-style class actions’. Clemens studied at University Paris II Panthéon Assas in France and holds a magister iuris from the University of Vienna. He is a member of the Vienna Bar Association as well as deputy chairman of the Advisory Board of Attorneys at COBIN (COnsumer-Business-INvestors) – a platform for class actions in the case of mass losses.
