About Marta Solarska-Kaleńczuk

Marta Solarska-Kaleńczuk is a partner and chief operating officer at Wołoszański & Partners, where she combines legal advisory work with responsibility for the firm’s operational development and cross-border initiatives. She advises on corporate, regulatory and compliance matters. Marta serves on the EMEA Law Firm Committee of Alliott Global Alliance and contributes to the alliance’s regional governance and cross-border practice initiatives. Her role combines legal, managerial and strategic responsibilities, including co-ordination of multidisciplinary projects, co-operation with foreign law firms and development of the firm’s client-facing initiatives in regulated and technology-related sectors.
