About Michał Wołoszański

Michał Wołoszański is the founder and managing partner of Wołoszański & Partners and heads the firm’s blockchain and crypto-asset practice. He is an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) admitted to the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisers (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych) and a graduate of the INSEAD Global Executive MBA programme. He co-created CompliancePass and the Web Shield Legal Library, the firm’s flagship regulatory-intelligence and onboarding platform for crypto and payments compliance. His practice combines transactional work in technology, M&A and cross-border investments with regulatory advisory in crypto-assets, fintech and intellectual property. He regularly advises international clients on Polish implementation of EU financial-services legislation.
