About Laura Pierallini

Laura Pierallini is the founder and name partner of Pierallini Studio Legale and a professor of commercial and air law at LUISS University of Rome. She has practised aviation law since 1988, advising on aircraft finance and leasing, regulation, litigation, restructuring, M&A and corporate matters, and assisting airlines, manufacturers, lessors, financiers, airports and travel operators. She is widely recognised for her work in aviation, and frequently addresses international conferences. She is a member of the IBA Aviation Committee, the European Air Law Association Committee, the World Airports Lawyers Association, as well as the International Aviation Women’s Association and European Business Aviation Association. She has also authored numerous publications.
