About Javier José Vallarino

Javier José Vallarino is a partner of legal services at BDO Legal Panama. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua in Panama and a Postgraduate degree in Labour Law. He has extensive experience in labour law, as well as in matters related to the social security regime, providing comprehensive labour advisory services to construction companies, ports, banks, insurance companies, hotels, restaurant chains, and supermarket chains, among others. He previously served as labour counsel to the Panama Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture. He is a member of the board of directors of ANREH. He is a professor of Labour Law and Social Security I, II, and III at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Universidad Santa María la Antigua.
