About Juan Vallarino

Juan Vallarino is a senior associate at BDO Legal Panama, specialising in corporate and tax law. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua in Panama, as well as a Master’s in Law (LLM) from Tulane University. Juan provides legal advice on M&A transactions, contract drafting, due diligence and compliance, the establishment of companies in special economic zones, the application of international double taxation treaties, the preparation of appeals before the Panamanian Tax Authorities, and other tax-related matters. Juan is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
