About Malvis Mina

Malvis Mina is the director of legal services at BDO Panama, specialising in corporate, administrative, tax, immigration and labour law. She brings extensive experience in tax advisory, legal and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, litigation, compliance, and multi-jurisdictional project co-ordination. Malvis holds a Master’s in International Tax Law from King’s College London, UK, and a Master’s in Commercial Law from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (USMA), where she also earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Accounting. Her multidisciplinary expertise and leadership contribute significantly to BDO’s legal and tax service excellence in Panama.
