About Mark Lee

Mark Lee co-founded and is the joint managing director of WMH Law Corporation, a boutique law firm based in Singapore specialising in high-stakes dispute resolution. Mark heads the firm’s “boardroomᵂᴹᴴ⁺” practice group which spearheads its boardroom, shareholder and joint venture practice. He is engaged in trial and appellate advocacy at all levels of the Singapore courts, with a particular emphasis on boardroom, shareholder and joint venture disputes. Mark routinely advises high-value companies, shareholders and directors in complex, cross-border, multi-party shareholder disputes, breach of director duties claims and minority oppression claims.
