About Brandon Malone

Brandon Malone is an advocate and barrister, arbitrator and adjudicator with more than 30 years’ experience in dispute resolution, who is admitted to practise in Scotland, England and Wales. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an eminent fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Brandon was a driving force behind the establishment of the Scottish Arbitration Centre (SAC) and was chair of its board until November 2022. He remains a director of the SAC and is also a member of Ampersand stable and an associate member of Quadrant Chambers, as well as an arbitrator with Arbitra International in London.
