About Cassio Namur

Cassio Namur practises in civil law, mainly family and succession law at Tortoro, Madureira & Ragazzi Advogados, having recognised national and international experience of participating in complex cases in courts of different jurisdictions. Cassio assists clients in issues related to property, family and business estate planning. He is one of the few Brazilian fellows of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), acting as governor at large. He is the current president of the International Association of Family Law Jurists (AIJUDEFA), first vice-director of international relations of the Brazilian Family Law Institute (IBDFAM), second vice-president of the Federation of Portuguese Speaking Lawyers (FALP) and member of the board of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP).
