About Nestor dos Santos Saragiotto

Nestor dos Santos Saragiotto works in the Labour Law practice at Tortoro, Madureira & Ragazzi in Campinas. He has extensive experience in both contentious and advisory matters in Labour and Civil Law. Nestor has held senior positions in a São Paulo state agency and a major energy company. Formerly a partner at leading law firms, he was also Administrative Director of the Campinas Lawyers’ Union and a substitute member of Abradee’s Fiscal Council. A guest lecturer, he taught Labour Law and Labour Procedure in postgraduate courses.
