About Roberta Toledo

Roberta Toledo of Tortoro, Madureira & Ragazzi Advogados holds a doctorate in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and a master’s degree in comparative civil law from the same institution. She also has both a degree in law and a degree in business administration from the Centro Universitário de Bauru – Instituição Toledo de Ensino (ITE). Roberta is a former dean of ITE, where she also acted as academic co-ordinator of the master’s and doctorate programmes in Constitutional Systems for Guaranteeing Rights. She is currently a member of the board of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP), consolidating her influence in the legal and academic world.
