About Viviane Girardi

Viviane Girardi has advisory and litigation expertise in civil law, and a strong presence in family and succession law, with the emphasis on estate planning for individuals, families and companies, nationally and internationally. In addition to her practice at Tortoro, Madureira & Ragazzi Advogados, she is past president of the São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP), and participates in groups such as: the Brazilian Institute of Family (IBDFAM); the International Association of Family Law Jurists (AIJUDEFA), the Federation of Portuguese Speaking Lawyers (FALP), and the Superior Council for Legal Affairs (CONJUR) of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP).
