Ana Elizalde is a disputes resolution attorney with over 20 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, financial restructurings, insolvency and arbitration. She advises domestic and international clients across sectors including financial services, construction and energy. Her experience includes high-value disputes involving securities, banking and shareholder matters, as well as ICC arbitrations and enforcement of arbitral awards in Mexico. She has represented financial institutions and fiduciaries in concurso mercantil proceedings and complex enforcement actions. She holds a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and a postgraduate degree from ITAM.
