About Tomas Balčiūnas

Tomas Balčiūnas is an experienced lawyer in the fields of commercial arbitration and litigation. He has advised and represented clients on issues ranging from the compensation of damages and regulatory disputes to shareholders’, transportation and construction disputes, and the enforcement of domestic awards, as well as recognising and enforcing awards adopted abroad. Tomas holds LLM degrees in commercial law from Vilnius University and in law and economics from the Netherlands, making him a comparatively versatile lawyer with a broad background, who is able to easily adapt his competencies.
