About Caroline Bono

Caroline Bono currently serves as head of Pellerano Nadal’s tax practice and is also a member of the corporate and finance team. She has over 15 years’ experience in advising national and multinational companies belonging to a diverse range of industries: free zone, renewable energy, electric, industrial, financial, automotive, tourism, mining, telecommunication, and non-profit organisations in corporate restructurings, mergers, development of tax strategies, tax consulting and defending regulated entities before the Dominican tax authorities. For over 12 years, Caroline worked at one of the Big Four audit and business consultancies in the tax and legal sectors.
