About Thomas Rouhette

Thomas Rouhette is one of the founding partners of the Paris office of Signature Litigation. He is a leading commercial and international litigator with almost 30 years’ experience and is well known for having developed one of the leading product liability practices in France. His practice is multifaceted, spanning contract litigation, corporate and banking disputes, and fraud and asset tracing. Thomas was a member of the think tank led by the national confederation of French employers (MEDEF) on class actions in France and was at the forefront of the discussions which led to the implementation of class actions in France.
