Angelica Antoniadou is a senior manager of the PwC network legal practice in Cyprus with more than ten years of professional working experience with the firm. She is also an advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus, a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She specialises in M&A transactions, having regularly provided advice on intra-group reorganisations and restructurings, as well as on banking and finance-related transactions. She also specialises in competition law matters, regularly advising on merger control requirements and assisting with merger control filings with the Commission for the Protection of Competition in Cyprus.
